  How to find your Device ID (Identifier) based on your device platform?

  For Device ID software vendors most commonly use the name used during the synchronization with the desktop computer.

  Usually you can find the Device ID in the registration screen or the about dialog box of the trial application.

  In case requested Device ID code cannot be obtained simply continue without entering it.

  IMEI number and the registration code

  If you have ordered Opera for Windows Mobile Pocket PC and you provided us with the IMEI number and not the Device ID, the registration code you received will be invalid. In this case, please fill out our contact form. Make sure to provide your Device ID as well as a copy of the registration letter you received, which included the registration code.

  Please follow these instructions to get your Device ID:

  * Start Opera

  * You will be asked whether you wish to register Opera or continue using the evaluation period. Press Menu > Register Opera

  You can now write down your IMEI / Device ID
